Sometimes there are things we seem to have trouble working through on our own. Most certainly this is true for children. They need unconditional love and support as they explore this world.

There are circumstances we don't quiet understand. We can have trouble engaging our feelings during these trying times. HealingBear Wellness invites clients to use a mind/body/spirit approach to engage this confusion and our complicated feelings. This approach blends traditional therapy time indoors as well as time spent outdoors.
